If you received a message from Stream that we’re unable to begin your energy service, it may be because we need more information, documents or a deposit from you. Please see the instructions below for how to complete your enrollment and start your service.* If this matter is not resolved within 30 days, your enrollment will be cancelled. *If you have already submitted the required items, there is no need to resubmit them. Please keep in mind that it will take us at least two business days after we receive copies of your documents to finish processing your enrollment. Please select your market.

Deposit Not Satisfied
If your deposit requirement hasn’t been satisfied, we have several options available, including waivers for eligible customers.
Identity Verification
Before we complete your enrollment, we will need a copy of one (1) of the following valid forms of identification front and back.
- State-issued identification card
- Driver's license from the United States
- Passport
- Alien Registration Card
- Consulate ID (for any country) / Matricula Consular (Mexico only)
- Department of Corrections ID

- Email Subject: Identity Verification for (insert name of account holder and state).
- Email Body: Please process the attached documents for (insert account number, account holder’s full name, daytime phone number and service address).
- Images must be in PNG, JPEG, PDF or .doc format.
- Images must be high-quality, unobstructed, legible and uncropped.
- Images must show a full document page or, in case of state or national ID photocards, both sides of the card.
- Documents must be valid and not expired.

Before we complete your enrollment, we will need a copy of your current utility bill stating your full name, service address and utility account number emailed to verification@mystream.com.
